Painter, printmaker and glass engraver, born in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. After education there he attended the Slade School of Fine Art, 1913, following a period as a railway clerk. Blundell painted a large number of architectural subjects in Britain and on the continent, showing at RA, NEAC, Alpine Club Gallery and extensively in the provinces.
