About All India Radio. It was the KLF that put Australia's Martin Kennedy on the path to founding All India Radio in 1999. After hearing their ambient classic, 1988's Chill Out, he was looking around for inspiration, and found it in a friend's recording of Indian street sounds. Moved by the noise and clamor, he fused it with ambient loops and soundscapes and began his production career as All India Radio.
