BIOGRAPHY: Robert E Roy is a long time Victoria BC resident who loves the westcoast vibe. He works primarily in acrylics and at times will work with additional fibers and materials to enhance the piece he is creating. His work has hung in designer galleries, coffee houses and personal shows. He has had paintings in past juried art shows such as the Sooke Fine Art and Sidney Fine Art shows.

Robert P. Roy was born in Sherbrooke, Qc. He was interested in drawing and painting at a very young age. After a long soul searching period, needing to choose between a career in art or in science, he decided to embrace studies in engineering at the Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, he continued to take art lessons and paint on his own.
