Jun 06, 2015 · I have a Microsoft Surface pro 3 and I want to know what art program works best with this tablet. It uses an N-Trig Pen, while every Art Application seems to be made to cater to Wacom... I currently use ArtRage, but I'm not too happy with it because both MS Paint, and OneNote provide a much smoother experience in drawing, and neither of them are even made to be serious art applications..

Nov 16, 2017 · Think of it like a Wacom Cintiq. The Artist 16 has 8 built-in express keys on the tablet itself. On my desktop (Windows 10 Home edition) the Artist 16 works perfectly. I am able to assign the express keys with no issue what so ever. My Surface Pro 3 also (Windows 10 Home edition) the express keys do not function properly.
