Mar 05, 2021 · An ink drawing by renowned Australian artist Brett Whiteley that had not been seen for almost half a century has been rediscovered by a museum in Tasmania. The Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery in Launceston informed police two years ago that the Whiteley Waves V artwork it bought in 1976 had gone missing.
