Jun 19, 2015 · Artisteer promised us the potential to bypass the laborious html coding in Notepad and jump straight into Dreamweaver but it fails because it's code is too complex for DW to work with. Until those Atristeer take compatibility with Dreamweaver seriously Artisteer is of no practical use for anthing but very small html websites.

Mar 02, 2012 · As the whole point of Artisteer, is to easily create templates it doesn't make sense for it to produce code that can't be edited by the industry standard html editor - Dreamweaver. Those behind Artisteer need to either fix the issues with Dreamweaver or drop any notion that Artisteer can be used for html websites.

Dec 22, 2011 · Perhaps Artisteer developers shoudl consult Adobe. It is somewhat arrogant of Artisteer to expect designers to change their tool of choice and I even seem threads where they point the finger at Dreamweaver. There seems ot be little point in offering a design tool which then requires designers to hand code it's output.
