Apr 17, 2018 · So I got frustrated and removed Artisteer from my system completely. I then downloaded the install file again and re-installed and the same problem persisted. Then, for no reason that I can tell, I can now export. The option is no longer greyed out. Not quite sure what did it, but I can now work again in Artisteer. Thanks! Dave

Oct 15, 2012 · You change the fonts in the upper far right hand section of artisteer. I figured out the issue. When I save the theme I change the options, I usually change the Style Sheet to say css- instead of art- when that changes you no longer get the options for editing text.

It's normal that the 'export' option be grayed out in the editor.There is an 'Export as new files' function in the Organizer menu to export a batch of files with various options. You should use 'Save As', not 'Export' when in the editor.

Oct 26, 2016 · Hello, Starting with version 4.2 Artisteer requires Internet connection when exporting Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal templates. Please try temporary disabling your firewall and antivirus application while exporting, ialso please check if tehre si any proxy or VPN connection that may prevent Artisteer from acessing the export server.
