Sep 16, 2013 · - And let's not forget that no internet connection is needed to export WP Tuxedo themes. To finish things up, I would recommend without hesitation WP Tuxedo and Artisteer 4.2. The costs are marginal, but just in case you need to fall back, do not uninstall 4.1 from your computer, and install Art. 4.2RC in a new folder.

Aug 02, 2013 · So that brings up the question again that if someone wants to install this on a computer that is not online, can he/she do that or is an internet connection required to validate liscense which would defeat any purpose of not wanting to put that machine online but still wanting to use the software.
