Mar 23, 2011 · The vertical menu does not have a problem with multiple levels and I have never seen the red x. The module that you apply art-vmenu to must be of type mod_mainmenu. ie don't apply it to a 3rd party menu. There is no link as such between a horizontal menu in user3 and a vertical menu with the art-vmenu module class suffix.

Also if your guys made it possible to have both (pages and cats) in the new vertical menu sidebar that would be really awesome. May 22, 2010 · Hiya I used artisteer to create template, had a lovely vertical menu, installed template to Joomla, vertical menu has vanished. Can change location to user 3 to get the nice top menu (also created in Artisteer), but cannot seem to call up the vertical menu.

Apr 16, 2011 · Whichever menu you select for your Primary menu will automatically be in the horizontal menu you created with Artisteer. To use your Vertical menu, you actually have to go to the Widgets Page in your Dashboard, and drag the Vertical Menu widget to the space in the sidebar you want it.

Create/Open your custom Vertical Menu in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus -> [custom menu name]. Go to the "Custom Links" block, enter # symbol in the URL field and name the separator (e.g. my separator 1). Press "Add to Menu" and see the newly created separator in the list with other Vertical Menu items. Continue the procedure to add more separator menu items.
