Welcome to the Artists’ Colony of Jerusalem. Hutzot HaYotzer (as it is known in Hebrew) is a charming studio-lined lane at the foot of the Old City walls, within a short walk from the Jaffa Gate and Mamilla Mall. Israel is a fabulous place for great jewelery. You can find beautiful jewelery any where you go in Israel but the Artists Colony was by far the best. We discovered it by accident and unfortunately it was on the last day of our stay so our funds had run dry. Mar 11, 2019 · When walking around Jerusalem, you don't want to miss Chutzot Hayotzer...the Artists' Colony. A beautiful collection of Israeli artists, both modern and traditional. This hidden gem isn't on a lot of lists, but is well worthwhile and very easy to get get to. At the base of the Mamilla shops, continue to the right (when facing the wall) and stay on the right side of the road.5/5(12)
