Artist in residence. Auckland Studio Potters invites professional ceramic artists and craftspeople from the world over to apply for one of our three residency positions. Our primary objective is to provide creative time and space for our Residents to develop a new project or body of work in ceramics. Our ceramic residencies run for periods of 4-12 weeks.

Dec 16, 2020 · We have hosted 17 artists so far – including a poet, painter, choreographer, jeweller, filmmaker, cartographer, photographer and a sculptor. The residency moves to a new park or new site within a park, each year. This year the selected artist will live and work at either Duder or Awhitu Regional Parks. Next year it will move westwards.
