About cathy shepherd Cathy was born in Chicago and spent her high school years in Crystal Lake. With a BFA in hand a Best Overall Designer award from UNT in Denton, Cathy moved forward into apparel design. The next 15 years included designing dresses for Dallas' elite and her own collections coupled with a traveling career as a fitness presenter.
