Dana Cowie. Dana spent much of her childhood in Hamilton before enrolling in the visual art program at Central Tech Special Arts Program in Toronto. She has also lived in Japan and in Victoria. Dana spent several years working in public art galleries and then as a fashion stylist/prop maker before committing to her calling as a painter.
