Jun 14, 2019 · David Mangum: I’m David Mangum, born and raised in Florida and a native to the panhandle of Florida – Lower Alabama, Redneck Riviera. I live up here in Santa Rosa Beach where I have been fishing for tarpon and have for twenty-some-odd years. Most of our tarpon fishing goes on down the way, just over near Apalachicola.
