David Rosetzky completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at the Victorian College of the Arts in 1992, and a PhD in Fine Art at Monash University in 2013. He has exhibited widely since 1990. Rosetzky was founding director of 1st Floor Artists and Writers Space, Melbourne, from 1994 to 2002.
