Edward Bateman is an artist and Associate Professor in the Department of Art & Art History at the University of Utah, where he is the head of the Photography and Digital Imaging area. He received his MFA from the University of Utah in 2003 and joined the faculty in 2008. That same year he was awarded the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Award for his contributions to the arts.
