    Biography Enid Mark attended Smith College and in 1986 founded ELM press in Philadelphia. She was recognized for her significant contributions to book arts and printmaking with a Pew Fellowship in 2001, a 2002 Leeway Foundation Award for Achievement (supporting women and trans artists working at the intersection of art, culture, and social change), and a 2006 Fellowship from PA Council on the Arts.
