Aug 19, 2015 · Glenn received his bachelor’s degree and master’s in education from IUP. He was an art teacher for 31 years and taught at many locations, including Ferndale High School, UPJ and Westmont Hilltop High School, where he retired in 1982. He was co-owner of Brougher Designs and a respected artist, winning many awards for his watercolors.
