Professor and Campus Chief of the Fine Art College and prominent artist, Govinda Dongol, dubbed Govinda Sah, ‘Lion Heart’. He joined the MA Fine Art course in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2006, but soon thereafter acquired sponsorship and moved to London to study. Govinda obtained a MA in Fine Art from Wimbledon College of Art in 2008.

Born in 1974, in Rajbiraj, and now based in London, Govinda Sah ‘Azad’ is a Nepalese artist renowned for his study and creative display of cosmic, nebulous, and celestial phenomena. Having developed an early interest in drawing and sculpture, he ran away to India at age seventeen to work as a sign board and wall painter, to continue pursuing his passion for art against his family’s wishes.
