Katya Gridneva. Katya was born in the USSR (Ukraine) in 1965. From 1991 she attended drawing classes at the Academy of Fine Arts, St Petersburg. From 1993 to 1999 she went on to study in the portrait studio at the Academy before moving to the UK.
