It began as an idea, and then as a collaboration between an ex NY entertainer/club owner (Joni Rapp) who had recently arrived in Falmouth,MA., and one of Cape Cod's most talented and popular painters (Jan Collins Selman), who lived in the town for many years. Selman, an multi-award winning artist (see her bio) was known mostly for her colorful landscapes and expressionistic pastels and oils.
