Janet Stanley Triplett Janet grew up in Greensboro, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Interior Design and a minor in art. She worked with a commercial architectural firm in Chapel Hill before accepting a position with Wachovia Banking Corporation as director of design for their worldwide offices and curator of Wachovia’s corporate art collection.

In 2003, when Triplett and her husband moved to Bald Head Island, she rediscovered her passion for oil painting.
