Meet the Artist Jeannine Young. Perhaps because life is complicated, I like to create simplified forms. I weld sculptures in steel, and copies are then created in bronze. The welding process is fun: it is noisy, the sparks fly, I can weld, cut and pound the metal, and it doesn’t break!
