    Jun 29, 2018 · When I got home and looked at the back of them, it says they are done by an Outer Banks artist named Joe Koch. They are really cool prints and I thought it was very interesting that he began his career sketching the Outer Banks. It says there is a "Jo Ko" room at an art gallery in Manteo and other prints are exhibited in museum in Ocracoke.
