Jonathan Benitez is one of the much respected home grown Palawan artists. He was born from a musician family in 1971. The second child of seven siblings, he was first introduced to watercolor and charcoal portraiture in his uncle’s studio at the age of 10.This training proved fruitful because he keep on winning art contests in the following years.
