Travis Ivey was the first artist to begin working with the Laramie Mural Project in 2011. He is a 5th generation Wyoming native. His paintings reflect the beauty of the modern west and the impacts of development on the landscape. While Ivey is drawn to the more industrial environments, he enjoys exploring opportunities to paint a wide range of subjects.

Touchstone Laramie originated in 2004 with a 2-person exhibition by artists Susan Moldenhauer and Wendy Lemen Bredehoft. In 2005 it expanded to include 5 artists in an open-studio venue. The Laramie Artists Project (LAP) has hosted the biennial exhibit Touchstone Laramie since 2006, continuing in 2008, 2010, and 2012 and 2014. Celebrating 40 years heading up SRO Artists, Jeff Laramie remains an active leader in the national artist touring and concert industry. A graduate of Luther College in music, Jeff served two terms on the North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA) board, chaired its’ Professional Development Committee in 2016-17, and developed curriculum for the NAPAMA Agent’s Retreat.
