Madjid (b. 1943) began life in Tehran, born into the Rahnavadkar family, already known for their art. Gradually Madjid turned a passion for creativity into a career. He has lived in Munich for the past quarter of a century and produces stunning canvases that are at once bold and sensitive.

Madjid was born in Teheran in 1943, son to the well known artistic Rahnavadkar family. Both his grandfather and brother being artists he was keen to follow in their footsteps and so took up painting and sculpting when he was fifteen.
