2 days ago · The Oberlin Conservatory of Music issued an apology last weekend after posting a controversial flier that went viral on Facebook and Instagram. The flier advertised a virtual recital in the Conservatory’s “A Celebration of Black Artistry” series, and featured photographs of the event’s all-white performers. Over 2,000 people reacted, shared, and commented their outrage.
