    biography Patsy Cox was born in 1973 in Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand. She grew up in Dracut, Massachusetts, finished high school in Kearney, Missouri and has lived in Juneau, Alaska, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Newark, Delaware before settling in Los Angeles, California.
