Matt Petley-Jones Born in Edmonton, Matt Petley-Jones graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts Special in 1978 with a major in painting. Matt credits his love of art to his family; his parents were both professional photographers and influences such as his uncle Llewellyn Petley-Jones made a huge impact on his aesthetic sensibilities.
