Nov 17, 2020 · Choose Filter/Noise/Add Noise and add 100 of Gaussian noise. This is sort of a mezzotint pattern. Press Command-A again to select all of the grayscale pattern. Now choose Edit/Define Pattern to make this a new pattern Photoshop can use. The pattern should be named MezzoTint. Go back to the PackardLayers copy and choose Mode/Bitmap again.
