Mar 01, 2021 · The winning artists are chosen through auditions in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, arranged by Pittsburgh Concert Society, and judged by an independent adjudicator from another area of the country. Since in-person auditions are not possible under the present pandemic circumstances, all PCS auditions in 2021 will be via video submission.
