May 21, 2010 · You've got serious PC issues if your quad core can't handle Artisteer templates in Dreamweaver. Artisteer templates aren't any different than any hand-coded website template. They use lots of div tags for layout design, but the coding isn't that sophisticated and very light for the most part.
