Reinhild is a qualified teacher and an experienced Botanical Artist. She was born and spent her childhood in Tanzania, where she later returned to record the flowers of the equatorial rainforest. This led on to an illustrated monograph of the genus Saintpaulia entitled ‘African Violets’.
