Dec 17, 2018 · On Dec 16th, Artist Point Restaurant at Disney's Wilderness Lodge reopened as a signature character dining experience. This comes after many years of decidedly mixed reviews over the restaurant's previous a la carte menu. For me, it had been quite a while since I'd had a meal at Artist Point that was enjoyable, so I was excited to try the new menu and the new format.

I like everything about the hotel, but have never been crazy about the restaurant choices. I find the Whispering Canyon Café to be a waste of time and money “food wise”.

Apr 19, 2020 · Really Nice Dining Experience At Story Book Dining. We had no idea this was a character dining experience, so it was a funny surprise. The restaurant was formerly just Artist Point. Disney has changed the decor into a pretty magical place. It was fun to see and interact with Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy... and Maleficent.4/5(1.4K)

Mar 31, 2019 · From the storybook-themed courses and poison apple place settings, to the trees on the ceiling, Disney’s Storybook Dining at Artist Point lives up to the hype. The three more traditional characters were fun and appreciated by my youngest daughter, but meeting the queen is what pushed this meal over the top.

We loved everything about this character dining experience. First, it's in one of the most beautiful Disney hotels. Be sure to arrive early enough to enjoy a stroll around the lobby and grounds of Wilderness Lodge. The food at Artist Point is exceptional. I highly recommend the chicken entree.8.2/10(4)

Artist Point is one of those hidden gems in the Disney restaurant scene. The food, ambiance and service are top notch. The SERVICE! Always great no matter who you have but Sean is a standout. I had enjoyed some really good meals there, but also had some less-than-memorable dinners. But one thing I can already say with some certainty after this first experience at the new Storybook Dining at Artist Point is that it is indeed memorable.
