Robin Tanner [1904-1988] – Biography. Robin tanner was born in Bristol in 1904. He studied at Goldsmiths College School of Arts under A.C.S. Anderson and was influenced by Samuel Palmer and started making etching in 1926 becoming part of the etching revival.
