JOE FAFARD (1942- ) is a well-known artist and sculptor who lives and works in Regina.

The 6’ by 5’ work of art is displayed at Government House in Regina Yvonne has captured the history in many of Regina’s historic buildings such as, Regina Grey Nuns Hospital, The Plains Hospital, Central Collegiate, Balfour Collegiate as well as many more.
