I tried a selection of ovation and takamine acoustics as well as a number of others but for the price the seagull had the superior feel and tone. The flame maple is a beautifully presented instrument. It is setup pretty well from the factory and doesn't require much messing about to get a really good tone and action.

About This Listing Not to be confused with the newer Seagull Grand series guitars, this is an early 90's Grand Artist. This guitar features solid woods, not laminates that the newer ones use. This is a beautiful 14 fret parlour is constructed with a Spruce top and solid rosewood sides and back.
