Artist-filmmaker Stuart Croft died unexpectedly in March 2015. He is sadly missed by family, friends, colleagues and fellow filmmakers. The Stuart Croft Foundation (registered charity no 1163676) has been established to build on Stuart’s legacy and increase public understanding and knowledge of contemporary moving image practice.

Very sad news that filmmaker, artist and educator Stuart Croft has died, tragically young. Stuart founded the Royal College of Art's Moving Image Studio in 2009 and in 2013 he established the RCA's new Moving Image Pathway. In 2008 he performed the external validation for the then new BA (Hons) Moving Image course at University of Brighton.
