Theodocia (Teddy) Swecker, CW2 lives in Winnemucca, Nevada with her husband, Steve and their three dogs, Aspen, Sanger and Phoebe. They have three children, Rick, Nikki, and Mackenzie and seven grandchildren. She received her BA in Fine Art at the University of Nevada, Reno along with a secondary teaching certificate in art (K-12).

May 05, 2016 · Theodocia “Teddy” Swecker started drawing when she was very young. Her prized possessions were her pencils, paint, and paper. Teddy received her degree in art at the University of Nevada, Reno, and for the past fifteen years, she has been teaching beginning drawing, watercolor, and creative thinking at Great Basin College.
