May 21, 2010 · Dreamweaver CS4 makes a mess of the Artisteer templates, making visual editing nearly impossible. Sure, if you're a code pro, that's not a big deal. But most photographers and designers don't want to spend their time looking at or attempting to hack code. That's one reason most of us end up getting Artisteer!

May 12, 2015 · Dreamweaver doesn't produce clean CSS, neitehr does Photoshop, Photoshop with SiteGrinder, CoffeeCup or any other WYSIWYG tool. Each one has to be tweaked in order to make it compliant. So, with all that, you can use Artisteer to produce code that is useable and tweakable and at a reasonable price.

Jul 17, 2013 · You can't efficiently design in Dreamweaver (unless your some kind of CSS3/HTML5 Wizard with Asperger Syndrome). You have to design your project via third party applications (i.e, Photoshop, Fireworks, Edge). Artisteer cuts down on my design time by a least 2/3. Therefore, I can take on clients who otherwise could not afford my per hour prices.
