Sep 11, 2015 · Getting Windows 7 themes back. Hello everyone, I upgraded my 5 year old laptop from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10. The new OS is great but I can no longer select the Characters theme (Flying Turtle) I had on Windows 7. I've looked around online for the files but have only managed to find one of the pictures in a compressed format.
