Whenever I buy a cd by the artist "Blood On The Dance Floor" my Zune shows Michael Jackson in the background and the Zune software cannot find any album info from them even though they have music on the Zune marketplace.

Sep 25, 2008 · I've synced my Zune HD today and all of the background artist images, bios and discography have finally disappeared. The album info is no longer linked to the marketplace. Zune Social Tagger confirms that 'the market place is not available in your region'. Presumably the location this data is pulled from has been 'switched off'.

Nov 16, 2010 · getting the album art isnt the problem, the problem is getting the Artist background working. some albums will only display the cover, when they should show both the cover AND the artist background. i have yet to try leaving my phone attached to the pc and leaving it on all night as this seems really silly. but will do it anyway.
